1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ph358 ("ph358", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at ph358.vip. By accessing the ph358 platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

ph358 is licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and operates in compliance with applicable Philippine laws governing online gambling. These Terms supplement and should be read alongside any specific rules applicable to individual games, bonuses, or promotions offered on the platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and use ph358, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulations.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of ph358 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or ph358.
• You have not previously had a ph358 account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

ph358 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time by requesting documentary proof of age, identity, or residence. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration and KYC

3.1 Registration

To use ph358's paid services, you must register a single account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one active ph358 account. The operation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended, any balances forfeited, and the player being permanently excluded from the platform.

3.3 KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

ph358 is required by PAGCOR and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of one or more of the following:

• Valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, UMID, PhilSys ID, SSS card, or PRC ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within 90 days)
• Selfie holding the submitted ID

ph358 processes KYC submissions within one to three business days. Accounts that have not completed KYC may deposit and play but may not withdraw until verification is approved.

3.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph358 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. ph358 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify ph358 support immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits to your ph358 account may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard, subject to the minimum and maximum limits applicable to each method. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third parties are not permitted and will be refunded. The minimum deposit is ₱100.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used for deposit, or methods verified as belonging to the account holder. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. ph358 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 30–60 minutes for GCash and PayMaya for KYC-verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to standard Philippine inter-bank processing times.

4.3 Transaction Restrictions

ph358 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse a withdrawal if (a) the account has not completed KYC verification; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering; (c) a chargeback or payment dispute is pending; or (d) the withdrawal is subject to outstanding wagering requirements attached to a bonus. ph358 will notify you of any such restriction and the reason for it.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for twelve (12) consecutive months. ph358 may apply an inactivity fee of up to ₱100 per month after this period, deducted from any remaining account balance, in accordance with Philippine regulations. Players will be notified before inactivity fees are applied.

5. Gameplay and Wagering

All games available on ph358 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing procedures overseen by human dealers. Game outcomes are determined by these systems and are not influenced by ph358 or any player.

By placing a wager on ph358, you acknowledge that: (a) all game results are final once a round is completed and cannot be reversed except in the event of a documented technical malfunction; (b) published Return to Player (RTP) figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes; and (c) wagering on ph358 involves real money risk and you may lose some or all of your deposited funds.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

ph358 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which will be displayed prominently alongside the offer. General bonus terms applicable to all ph358 promotions include:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period and cannot be claimed retrospectively.
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (typically 20x to 35x the bonus amount) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The exact requirement will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated bonus validity period. Unfulfilled bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Certain games (typically live dealer tables and low-margin games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• ph358 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with notice where practicable. Such changes do not affect bonuses already claimed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph358 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Fraud: Use of stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulent payment methods; chargeback fraud; submission of falsified identity documents.
• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one ph358 account, whether under the same or different identities, to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live dealer or multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated Software: Use of bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that interacts with the ph358 platform without human intervention.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or display errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Money Laundering: Using ph358 accounts for the placement, layering, or integration of funds derived from illegal activity. ph358 reports suspicious transaction patterns to PAGCOR and Philippine authorities as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).

8. Responsible Gaming

ph358 is committed to providing a safe gambling environment and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. The following tools are available to all ph358 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps set by the player. Limits take effect immediately and can be reduced at any time. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month. Once reached, further wagering is restricted until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Maximum continuous play session durations, after which the player is automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspensions of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from the ph358 platform. Self-excluded players may not register new accounts during the exclusion period. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use these tools and to seek external support. ph358 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement for all registered players.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph358 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, and interface design — is owned by or licensed to ph358 and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any ph358 content without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph358's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph358 shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or opportunity; (b) indirect, consequential, or incidental losses; (c) losses resulting from internet connectivity interruptions, device failure, or third-party service outages; or (d) losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.

The ph358 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph358 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects, although we commit to resolving documented technical issues affecting gameplay promptly.

11. Suspension and Termination

ph358 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected; (b) the account holder has been identified as ineligible under Section 2; (c) requested documentation has not been provided; (d) the account is associated with fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; or (e) continued operation of the account would expose ph358 to regulatory or legal risk.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining after deduction of any amounts owed to ph358 (including voided bonus amounts) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or AML checks. Accounts closed due to fraud, multi-accounting, or prohibited conduct are not entitled to a balance return.

You may close your ph358 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not override outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

12. Privacy

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by ph358 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on ph358, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ph358 processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ph358 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive. Your continued use of the ph358 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you should close your account before the effective date.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your ph358 account, or use of the platform shall be submitted first to ph358's internal dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph358's internal process within thirty (30) calendar days of your written complaint being received, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework or to the appropriate Philippine courts with jurisdiction over such matters. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for any such proceedings.
